If you think Top executives, owners, CEO.. whatever don't smoke weed you dumb **.
Sheep except alcohol, pills and medications all because it's legal...these are worse than weed.
Some will bash weed than go take CBD oil. Nature cures the human body...man made pills and medications wreck the body cause it's foreign substance hence multiple side effects.
To be fair, this isn't a binary decision. Another option is to choose not to smoke for a few years and play, while still talking about it and advocating for change.
Additionally, quite a few people on this board would be fired for testing positive for weed without 2nd or 3rd chances. Ridiculous (IMO), but true. Irving has chosen weed and other career opportunities over football. That's fine, it's his choice to make, not ours.

Idiot!!!
And yes, I would tell him that too his face. Suck it up for a few years, set yourself up for life and then smoke all the weed you want. Pendejo!
I here you. That's your opinion...have you ever thought David doesn't care as much as you do? That doesn't make him an idiot cause he doesn't move like you or value what you do.Great.
But the rules are the rules. Would I care if they made weed legal? Nope. I think they should make it legal.
But the reality is there is still a rule in place and somehow, some way dozens and dozens and dozens of other players are able to play football and smoke weed responsibily where they don’t get suspended.
Irving is a moron, plain and simple. He threw away a multi-million dollar career it seems because he has zero self-control.
The prescription drugs may not be as helpful or possibly more harmful than marijuana. However, any prescription drugs allowed by league policy are not detrimental to Irving's career while marijuana is detrimental. In my opinion, some people would not have any problem with prescription drugs that are not preventing Irving from getting on the field as opposed to marijuana that may keep him off the field for his entire career. In the end, fans simply want their team's player on the field via the least complicated route possible. That's cool, my only point is that so many are so cool and so accepting of him taking all them prescription drugs the NFL gives out and any time and any amount.
I knew a young man in his 30's that was self-employed making a nice 6 figures off his internet ventures. He fell to an alcohol-related death at an industry related event.
His problem is he doesn't want to do what it takes to be successful. He doesn't want work. How can it be a symptom of his problem if it has nothing to do with his problem?
You forgot to add that it's "all the NFL's fault"ESPN 30 for 30 : I was a Dallas Cowboy, now I’m broke because of weed
You still beating around the bush with the words MAY AND MAY NOT....its has already been proven that prescription drugs are more harmful. Yup LEAST COMPLICATED ROUTE POSSIBLE.....kinda proves what i said early was right. The prescription drugs may not be as helpful or possibly more harmful than marijuana. I agree with most of what you are saying but you are missing the boat on this one.You still beating around the bush with the words MAY AND MAY NOT....its has already been proven that prescription drugs are more harmful.
