I'm curious how many teams came back from that deficit.

Dak did that against Tom? I didn't know they played on field together.

Tom Brady? The LOSER? Isn't that the guy that retired, then unretired, then busted up a marriage then retired again...at 46 years old? And went 8-9 that year?

Wow...incredible accomplishment!
Well it would help if you actually could appreciate a well played game.

Dak Prescott is not a big game player.

So you can feed into whatever delusions you may have about him but when the lights start shining the brightest he plays timid and is waiting on someone else to make a play.

Dallas needs to move on from this. We don’t need to pay this kind of money just to win games that Cooper Rush can win.

Beating the Eagles is not some great accomplishment either that will right all wrongs because we have always been good against division opponents.

Dallas needs to make the switch TODAY to Trey Lance.

Don’t wait around and watch the ending we all know will happen with this QB or we will just see what happened Sunday Night again in the Playoffs.
Dak isn't the same since he broke his leg. He looks slow out there and lacks confidence.

So you think the Cowboys will cut Dak? I don’t think that is in the cards right now. It’s more likely an extension. I don’t think the Cowboys will fall apart this season. If the fall apart or Dak is injured, a release might be on the table.

The fan base are fanatics and the media will be right back on Dak’s side if mean ole Jerrah releases Dak. Some forget that Stephen A and company started questioning the Cowboys when they wouldn’t pay Dak before.
The only sane options are he waives the no trade clause or he is released. Continuing down this path would be complete foolishness. So, yes this owner could dig his heels in & insist on riding the ship down but generally he changes his tune when his brand starts to suffer.

Dak blows out Tom Brady in a playoff game, hitting 75% of his passes for 4 TDs, and it gets forgotten about...
It’s the MO of Dak and the team they are very good against the poor to mediocre teams and no one should delude themselves that TB was any thing other than mediocre, most understand this and that is why nobody cares about it only Dak stat guys would ever consider it a accomplishment

I'm not campaigning for Lance, but there is one question that should be asked. Was Dak ready to be thrown into the fire when Romo went down in 2016? He was no more ready than Lance is today. Dak had to get pre season reps and did well enough to get the starting gig over Mark Sanchez. How can you really evaluate Lance (or other player) if you aren't going to give him some reps?
To be fair, Prescott had 35 starts in college in the SEC. Lance has started less than 20 games since high school. He just does not have the playing experience. Lance really needs to be playing in a league like the XFL and USFL rather than learning on the job in the NFL. I don't think that him coming to Dallas was the best thing for his career arc.

Exactly. Overhyped draft process got him a nice payday but may have ultimately hindered his career & ability to earn even more.

People can be annoyed with or not respect the HC but they can mostly ignore him. The QB is the centerpiece. His play can't be ignored. Ratings start to suffer. Games are flexed out. Team starts to implode. The brand must have hope to be viable. When it begins to falter the owner will make changes. Good or bad changes but something to sell the possibility of hope. k

It was a bad Bucs team with a losing record, in the playoffs only because of the pure suckdom of the NFC south.
A lot of people like to brag about Dak's record in the NFC East. Up until a few years ago, the NFC East has been pretty awful. The Giants and Commanders have pretty much sucked for the last 10 years and the eagles have been good for the past 4 or 5 years. I think the eagles sweep us, we sweep the Giants and we split with the Commanders this season.

Finally a post that makes sense on how to move on from Dak. I could see that happening but the Joneses will get ripped to shreds by the media and they will take a public relations hit. The brand won’t suffer keeping Dak as quarterback but the casual fan might turn. The brand is actually bigger now but if the Joneses are serious about winning a Super Bowl you can’t keep a quarterback that looks shot. I think Russ is playing better then Dak right now and I would not touch him with a ten foot poll.

Yawn. No. I’m only playing Lance if this team is out of playoff contention
Yeah—we are. If the team keeps playing anyway like it did against the 49ers/Cards, which it likely will, we need to see what we’re working with.

Deuce wouldn’t make the Eagles’ 53. You could just pick him back up off our PS
you guys need a gimmick. Hurts could throw Deuce over the goal line when you get down on the 1-yard line. Heck, he could throw him over when you guys go for two. "Hurts throws deuce over for 2" I was hoping Aubrey would come in and kick him over the goal line for a td
