It has to be the coaching

We have been getting beat often in the last 17 years. Miss the old days when we were a real team who everyone feared to play. These players have no heart and soul.

It's hard to be that good anymore..

I'd settle for just being consistent and stringing some wins together.

We seem desperate to play in win and you're in game in December.

We just got beat.

It wasn't anyone's fault. San Diego was just better than Dallas today.
I think that is the whole point. Freaking San Diego is not even going to make the playoffs and they are clearly better than us after 3.5 years of Garrett being the HC.

I think that is why everybody wants Jerry to give this dude a bus ticket.

I look at the talent on this team. Romo, Witten, Dez, Smith , Ferg, Carr, Ware, Lee , Carter ...etc. and we continue to lose games we should win.

What makes you think this way ?

The last 3 games showed what kind of team we have this season. I dont think someone could say the Chargers are a team we should have beaten.

I don't know if they are better than us overall but they were definitely better today.

For any newbies who wonder what our D looked like during the Jacques Reeves era, it looked just like it did today, just a little bit better.

I think the Chargers are playing on the same level as the Chiefs. Maybe the Chiefs are a bit better. The both are good teams which will make it to the playoffs eventually.

I dont see us there. Rigth now we are a mediocre team with a tendency of being good at times.

So far this season, we've beaten a terrible 0-4 Giants team and a terrible Rams team. We've played two "average" to "good" teams and lost both games. What about this do you guys not understand???

If we could solve the problem of how to create big plays against these conservative defenses I think we'd be as good as anyone but the way teams defend Dallas just kill us.

It's always the coaching.

I say we keep rotating in fresh coaches and stockpiling cornerbacks until something sticks.

A freaking men.

How many coaches does this group of players get to kill before we admit that maybe they aren't that good

JG should have been sent packing last year, it really shouldn't surprise anyone that this team is still having the same issues as before.

To be fair coaching and QB changes turn teams around quick in this league.

If you're strong at both of those spots you more than likely have a really good team.

We'll find out where our coach and QB stand at the end of this season. No excuses this time around.

Rivers had been putting up great numbers, their offense has been their constant so far this year. San Deigo's problem was their 30th ranked pass defense, to which Garrets scheme made them look top 10 all of a sudden.

This is todays NFL........teams with good QB's WR TE and rb are going to score.

this game was going to be a shootout.............and Garrets offensive scheme misfired

PS---Witten needs to catch that 1st deep seam ball that go all the way into his chest to keep that particular drive alive........it was the right call the right ball.....needed to step up and make a play

At what point do you blame the players? The players that have so much talent need to step up and make a play when needed. These players had a chance to make this game different. Dez , Witten and Ware all made mistakes that helped this team lose. Key drops that would extend the drives, or a stupid off sides on 3rd and 2. Not sure what coach standing on the sidelines changes that. Guess its just easy to flame the coaches.

It's always the coaching. So we fire this one and Jerry can hire someone he's "comfortable" with. All the while still constructing the team like a fantasy football roster.

Rinse and repeat.

Stupid mistakes, penalties in particular, are from a lack of discipline. And discipline starts and ends with the head coach.
