Its Official: Instant Replay is a Joke

yep.... you'll take a gift anyway you can..... HOWEVER, if it would have been the Jags you and ALL of ES would have been screaming and sending tapes to the league! That's just the way you guys are!:laugh2:

There was a thread on here a week ago or so about writing letters to the officials over a bad call. Pot, meet kettle. Every message board complains about bad calls; its a fact of the internets.

so much for constructive debate...

I nevers stated my opinion was fact until your fellow fan couldn't read.

"What you haven't understood is your team's fans gripe about it more than any other, just like your coach. Unprovable? Probably. But I don't care. Now go cry about this fact on your own forum."

I see you're learning from your coach.

Geez, grow the F up guys, Skins fans and Dallas fans. Yeah it was a terrible call, and it was atleast a 3 point, if not 6 or more point swing, bc the Jags would have had the ball around their 40. Personally, I thought we didn't deserve the ball that play, but we got it. But no one can clearly say that cost us the game, who is to know if we would have scored right after that, and brought the point difference back to what it actually was at the half? At the same time, who is to know Sultan isn't right and that if that did give us the game? We do not freaking know, for every theory there is a counter theory, and it will go on forever.

What do we know? It was a bad call, and gave the Skins three extra points. But you still cannot take the win away from the Skins sultan, we outperformed the Jags in every category, and if were not for a silly fumble, we would have comfortably won the game, and you know that.

And what you guys are saying that is agaisnt replay totally does not make sense esp with this case. Let us assume there is no replay system , and that same play occured, the Skins would have gone on and gotten the field goal. And compare that to what really happened, there was replay, and nothing changed. There is no overall change in this Skins game from the natural state to the state of the replay system, therefore replay did not HURT anyone as compared to a no replay system. Seriously all you replay haters need to realize replay has helped the league far more many times than hurt it.

If you guys think I am just saying this bc we won, wrong! We had a similar case last year at Tampa Bay in the regular season. Tampa got a 2 pt conversion that had many Skins fans pissed just like you all are about this game because we thought it was clear they did not make it. But you just gotta grow up and realize, the better team must win, no excuses. I blame our Tampa loss last year on our D, because we gave too many points up and we PUT tampa in a position to get 2 pts, and that is what really matters.

In football there are no excuses, I have no sympathy for winers, whether they be Skins fans or Boys fans. Football is a man's sports, and there are definately mistakes, but there is no crying, and that is for sure. If you are the better team, then you win, no matter what, period.

What is your response to the points I had made?

Where did I once say that this call cost the Jags the game?

I was mostly complaining about your whiny little coach, and how only when penalties or calls go against him, he complains. But, when they are done to his advantage, he's not crying about them in his press conferences.

It's just a tad bit hypocritical.
