It's time to cut bait with Sean Lee

I almost posted this exact same thread last week...before this latest concussion. You just had to know it was a matter of time before something else was gonna happen. I mean seriously....the guy pulled himself last week because he got a fat lip.

He's great when he can actually get on the field, but I think overall, he he is at best a net neutral part of this team. He is taking away snaps and development from someone else. Obviously, he isn't going anywhere this year, but I say we relegate him to backup and spot duty, and try to find his replacement in the draft.

I was expecting a commercial to play when I clicked on the title. This is worse than Yahoo sports.

He didn't pull himself. They weren't gonna allow him to stay on the field which he was bleeding. What do you want to let him bleed out on the field?

Believe me, if Lee could play through the injuries he would.

This guy is snake bitten.

His intensity and always being around the ball where the collisions happen make the odds of getting injured even higher.

You can't cut him but you do need serious insurance. He is a top 10 defender in the league when healthy.

It was suggested on twitter that the only reason why Mincey was out so long was because he played thru it in the Eagles game. If he'd sat it out, then he'd have been back the very next week.

As long as Lee is on the roster...and if he can suit up...he plays. . . . . but the guy brings so much--even if it's as a half-the-time player.

Alarming to hear this type off talk. I can undertand loyalty and hidden talent but this guy is a undependale high paid no show/inconsistent player. Guys like him at middle are a dime a dozen.

The strength of the team going forward could be the LB core with Lee, Ro, and Hitchens. I can't wait to see that trio play together with an improved pass rush that Hardy and Gregory should provide. So ... no.

Sean Lee as a player is one of my favorites but he is so frustrating. It's like having an erection but when a women comes around when you need it most nothing. We needed him last night and boom zip Mods I know we are running a family product here Im just mad we lost last night
