Our offense and defense is split.

Defensive players, I'm assuming - blame Witten, Romo, and Garrett and view their natural chemistry as 'plotting'.

Both units are always calling each other out, while neither really has much leverage in the argument.

Ratliff says he wasnt a distraction that he is the fall guy, its kinda what it looks like. I am in shock, surprised and angry.

He isnt the guy all up in a coaches ear, it is what it is and we have to deal with it.

Question towards dividing in lockerroom jay, no we cant let it happen, we have to figure out how to come together as a complete team and organization. No more of this behind back stuff. Yes T O was a leader on this team. I dont know whom can fill that vacuum.

T O told me I am surprised wow like 14 times last night. He is a hard working man, as a player he is a great player, what the media stirs up, they dont know the player and he wants to win, im sure he is going to land on his feet.

no, i havent taken any time off, ive been constantly working out and get this bad taste out of my mouth. I dont everyone to give speeches, it was tough last year. For everyone to get on one page as a team, coaches and whole organization, leave this other stuff at home, be a unit and a family.

Did you miss the fight with Witten? The articles about Romo and TO having a rift? Etc.

Hurd seemed fine with TO leaving. But the Defense all supports TO 100%?

There was clearly a divide, and TO was the axis.
