Jerry at Oscars

Just be glad he was not asked to present an award.

"Well..ah..hmmm..yes..ah..uh.."

I don't see this as a big deal. If the entire scouting and coaching staff was there then I would have a problem with it. People put in place to do the job are doing just that, their jobs.

"For some reason, Jerry Jones is at the Oscars."

For some reason, idiot over at USA Today Sports thinks Jerry needs a REASON to do whatever he wants.
This loser is just upset that it couldn't be THEM at the awards to hobnob with celebs.

a lot of celebs love to hobnob with Jerry as many celebs go to Cowboys games.

Why is anyone getting so bent about Jerry taking his wife to the Oscars?

Yup. Jerry is out there networking.

Jerry is out enjoying life maybe you folks can learn to do that as well. meantime those who are working on the draft and FA are currently doing so. I guess people here want Jerry more involved instead of letting the people he hired to do theirs

He's looking for our next wide receiver and tight end.

I agree. It's not a big deal. And, if you look at it from Jerry's perspective, it's good business. Hobnob with a few celebrities, invite them to your personal suite during a Dallas game. Have the cameras pan the box to see who the latest celebrity is. DGet the message out that Jerry World is a "happening" place. Attract more stadium-goers who think they'll see players AND movie stars if they attend a Cowboys game.

Jerry may be an awful GM, but he is one of the best if not the best marketer in the NFL.
