Not bury anything but you hire a coach you give him the time. This BS of people wanting to hire and fire coaches every couple of years is stupid. Could a complete collapse in Tampa cost him his job? It could. How about a win does a win get him respect by fans like yourself? Fans once said how Jerry like shiny new objects? yet fans are the one wanting the shiny new objects and then turn on them. If Dallas were to hire a new HC I would give him the chance to get the job done. Mccarthy has been here 3 year ,2 post season including this year. I agree with most everything you just said. But I will say this....there isn't one person on here after the SF loss that would have been willing to give him another year with yet another first round exit this year. Especially given that most wanted him gone after the SF game. The loss hasn't happened yet...but if it does, I am expecting a lot of 180's on here if it's done in typical Cowboy horrific fashion. The head coach is very good. How many teams have back to back 12 win seasons? I don't know how you come up with what you are saying, but you don't know what you are talking about.

MM does what again ? Oh, he makes the dumb decisions to go for it on 4th and 5 from his own 34 and doesn’t get it and the roof caved in and a close game turned in to a blowout. Or winning the coin toss and deferring so we receive the kickoff - where the past 6 times he did it resulted in punting or a turnover. Or the questionable game management decisions he is famous for. When he was available to be hired no other team was taking him until Jerry arrived. Did you like him admitting he lied in his hiring news conference about reviewing game film ? And most of those 12 wins each season came from a terrible NFC East or losing teams. Did you like how embarrassed and scared his team was when they got beat by the Niners at home in the playoff game last year ? Apparently you are as clueless as Jerry.

They should be asking when the ego clown GM and fam are going to step down and let real football personnel manage the organization in order to give it a chance to flourish. If we lose the first game, and they keep McCarthy, that's fine. But the GMs better friggin kick *** in free agency instead of intentionally dismantling the roster for no apparent reason. McCarthy needs better players and they can be found in free agency/trades, not just the draft. And we can't be satisfied with comp 3 picks in 2024. Resign Pollard, get a second and third WR, and for God's sake, get some real help on the defensive line and LB position.

My point is that everyone here seems to have suddenly gotten fluid as well...giddy over 12 wins, when in six (6) short days it's not gonna mean a damn thing. We have a "walk around" coach with ZERO duties other than managing a game....yet he can't be bothered to check with and insure that Junior is running the ball in the last 1:48 at Jacksonville. Packer fans were right about him....some of you need to wake up.

It will be interesting. They have a good chance of winning this week and then anything can happen in the 2nd playoff game, especially if they get the Eagles.

Imagine having a GM that works hard instead of talking all the time. Imagine having a GM that is 45 instead of 80. Imagine having a GM that is accountable for results.

Imagine having an owner who understands that the winning owners of the last 27 Super Bowls all hired someone else to be their GM. Shouldn't you wait for them to lose in the playoffs before making a statement like this? Especially, when they are favored to win first game and are capable of beating anybody.
