Jerry goes off on the hosts of 105.3

It's been awhile since Jerry has been this badly shamed.

I am not sure it is Jerry. The low spending, last minute deal making actions of the club don't fit Jerry Jones IMO.

The players are not buying what MM and Zimmer are selling. The OL is a mess particularly at tackle. Daks mechanics are inconsistent to the point of garbage. I find myself screaming $60m as he is back to throwing into coverage.

RCB has been a disaster. The defensive front 7 cannot contain or fill. The middle of the field is always wide open and no plays are being made. The S are slower and the LB more clueless.

We are not competitive to the better teams in the league this year. The team's upside is mediocre.

Everyone is talking about Jerry as opposed to how the team is actually performing. He is getting exactly what he wants.

But the facts are that if I’m going to be grilled by the tribunal, I don’t need it to be by the guys I’m paying. I can take it from fans and take it from other people. I take a lot of pride in how fair and how much I try to work with the media, we’re brothers and sisters. But I was a little frustrated there today. … The wrong ones were doing the questioning. Now, if those had been real fans sitting there or if there had been people that knew what they were talking about, football people, I might have had a different answer.”

Absolutely right. I witnessed something similar but can’t recall exactly where. I’m thinking in the club level in Miami when he was walking out after the game.

I cannot understand that about people and why they behave that way no matter who they are…..and Jerry EATS it up. He will not be letting go of that one easily.

I wish the fans would instead chant “Jerry sucks, Jerry sucks, Jerry sucks”. Unfortunately, probably the only impact would be for Jerry not to transit through there. But that’s ok - I loved it when he stopped going down to the sideline in the 3rd quarter.

:laugh: If Jerry would have hired me years ago like he should have......This franchise wouldn't be in this mess it's in now.

First thing first Jerry.....Quit talking to the media.

2nd hire a GM that is willing to put in the time and effort to make this roster better.

3rd....Get a real coaching staff....because coaching matters. The crap that is being shown on the field right now....is so outdated....and dysfunctional...it's not even funny.

I really don't doubt that there are plenty on here who can do a better Job than Jerry and his kid.

Why does he think he pays their salary? I’m genuinely confused. Does he pay them to appear on the show? Does he secretly own the station? I can’t quite wrap my head around if he secretly is bankrolling the Fan or if he’s gone full senile.
 
Jerry is nutty as hell, but you have to give him credit for having enough energy to come on a radio show and defending himself…at his age.

Having said that, I didn’t get anything out of it other than Jerry is unhinged and has lost his mind.

People keep saying "real fans don't root for losses". Screw that. Jerry has just about ruined this team for me. My enjoyment is very little watching this product. We have zero shot to do anything this year. Keep the embarrassing losses coming! Especially at home.
 
There may be an upside to this year. I don't recall Jerry taking his mask off and melting down so easily for all to see. This is tremendous content. His childish behavior just reaffirms what we've all been saying about the ownership for years now, which actually feels great.

This offseason was really just the last straw for me. What an absolute joke, I've never seen anything like it. Stephen is allergic to free agency and every decision is ridiculous. But they never have any problem over paying their own players. Just a stupid, stupid football team. It's not even about rooting for losses. I like seeing Jerry stew in that, but those losses are coming either way. That's what ownership created here after 3 12 win seasons. I've been a fan for over 50 years and they sucked the life right out of that. This team was an institution and Jerry turned it into a circus.
