This season was over before it started, but if you can get a decent trade before the deadline that adds value for the future I am ok with that.

This is a deep LB draft so if that’s the target then keep them. But I’m all for drafting a know player with value. I’m tired of the Tacos and Mazi picks.

Let's not sit here and tell me that how we knew he was going to hit on those guys because I could tell you they also brought in Brian Huff who completely laid an egg for 17 million he was their big free agent and he didn't work out which is funny I think he's playing better elsewhere why didn't he play well in philadelphia I thought they were perfect over there....

These alleged cheap bargain basement guys you talk about, that you don't like ,they work out for some teams, they've had we've had guys come through here like that I know it don't seem like that now but Kearse, hooker, and trades for Cooks and Gilmore, Peters, Hankins etc.. I know what you're saying but even if you think they're getting a better player that doesn't mean they're going to work out any better than the ones I listed above I don't know who they're looking at but in my opinion he read that statement wrong I think Jerry thinks Max really going to fix this he's going to use some of the other linebackers more some less he's going to adjust the defense and what he's saying is I hope it's playing well enough that Overshown comes back, he makes a difference that's what I read.. and by that meaning that you're still in it mathematically and have a chance.

Where did I read that statement and think Jerry was going to make a trade for a linebacker and if so, who?

There were some talking about it yesterday as possible sellers and they keep going to Miami's defense they got two or three guys over there on defense pass rusher a linebacker and possibly a safety and I'm going wasn't that the same defense that Rico just ran over they're not ranked very high and you want to go over there and get some of their guys. hmmm

I'm just curious of who this linebacker might be, but I still didn't read that I think I read Jerry pretty well and that is not what I heard or what should I say read...

The Huff move wasn’t the disaster you make it out to be. He didn’t play up to expectations. Nonetheless, the Eagles have the Jets’ third round draft pick in the next draft by virtue of trading Huff to the Jets. That’s almost certainly a top 75 pick. And the Saleh/49ers snatched up Huff as soon as he became available. He must show some promise.
 
If and I say If he gets a young linebacker with term and a good salary cap hit then im fine with a trade. But if its an old overpriced player then no
 
With the Las Vegas Raiders, Jerry is looking at an old, familiar face that everyone is familiar with. Ole 54, clear eye view, baby...after further review, he was released in August, so we're getting him cheap...

It’ll be a first or second round bust on the final year of their deal
 
Almost every LB in the league is better than what we have, so if it's like a 6th for someone competent then fine.

Oh my….we have nothing similar to Breece Hall. If you are talking about Blue, then I’m thinking you are in concussion protocol.

I am all for going to get solid veterans to upgrade the unit. They also have to stop drafting these injured players as they do nothing if they are unavailable.
 
Ok. Turn Diggs into a LB (trade). Absolutely crazy to give up high picks for this season.
