No. You should realize that this FO has no desire to win and or do anything that is needed to win.

You CANNOT win a SB using strictly the draft as your only way of player acquisition. It will NEVER happen.

The fact that the Director of Player Personnel doesn't know the correct way to say TY Hilton should concern even the biggest pom pom waver.
