No, you are like a typical press secretary for any politician trying to make excuses for his failures
I am amazed at people who think they are so smart but are too dumb to realize that when someone has FAILED to do something they SAY they want to do for 28 YEARS, believing them is ONLY FOR FOOLS.

With Dak’s quarterbacking style, which I’m not really a huge fan of, but to help accommodate his tendency to dump off, this team needs a big over the middle, fearless, wide receiver, a.k.a. Terrell Owens style. A guy who can catch and turn it up field. They don’t have one. Can’t believe he wouldn’t be in the market for that. Could be the missing piece.

He is just saying bull on the radio. They are certainly trying to improve the team. It's funny that some take his comments seriously.
Naw, Ole Jer is like a Las Vegas casino, you come on in and he does the dealing. I like that about our black jack dealer.

Sure, but there is no way to unequivocally state that. We simply disagree, there are several who understand the concept of NFL team building much better than Jerry right here.

BTW, I am in no way including myself.
Yep, we will have to disagree. Theoretically doing it sitting in front of a computer is nothing like actually dealing with it in the real world of the NFL.

We can all build a a great team on paper, and decide what players would benefit the team to have, but it's not as easy as that. A person would have to be nuts to think it is. This is big business and a serious business world, and player agents and other GM's would eat any typical fan alive.

Hell, a fan off the street wouldn't even know how to start, or have a clue about building a scouting staff, interacting and working with coaches, negotiating contracts, salary cap management, making deals with other teams, building a relationship with players and coaches,.etc ...

It's also absolutely guaranteed there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that a fan at home doesn't realize and would have no clue how to deal with.

we have 27 years that says he rather do it his way and be in the news every year and garner attention, than to get a SB win. Its more important that he does it his way, even if we never get another ring. It makes sense man. Its the truth.
Well jerry has said several times that if a team just makes the playoffs, then they have a good shot at the SB ring.
I think the giants back in 2007 gave him that delusion.
What he and others dont get is that giants team had injuries early in the season, and once they got healthy they rolled over almost all opponents.
They were not the ordinary wild card team , I think they were 9-7.

So jerry sees all his playoff bound teams as a potential SB winner, when really they are not.

Correct.

So, I'd counter w/, there are several here who would do a better job, but w/ the caveat that they'd have to undergo some serious training!!!!!
