I think it's going to be left up to Big Mike. Also, I think he declines to stay.

- NYG offer Bill Belichick the keys to the team. GM/HC.
- Jerry being Jerry will lose his "big hire". He's never going to hire an unfamiliar name.
- You will hear names like Gruden, Meyer, etc. Names fans
can opine on.
- He'll likely be left with no other choice than Zimmer.

@Aven8 made a great point about the offensive staff.
They should dump them all. Marty's kid, Solari, everyone.

I've long become extremely accustomed to taking what Jerry says with a grain of salt.

He'll say whatever it takes to avoid bold moves in the offseason. It's the easy way out.

Those of us who have been privy to note what Jerry has done in the past know better.
