No I told you Dak was better than Stafford. Then had a video back up that claim. You posted a video that called Dak a babysitter which I don't agree with, but that was never the discussion. My video is from the past week yours from week 13 of last year.

I'm not saying Twill is a #1. Read the context of the conversation. I said he is a quality player that doesn't make a lot of mistakes and he would find another job. For whatever reason, quality players that aren't superstars are undervalued. TWill is treated as though he is hot garbage and he's not. Here are the career numbers for Dez and Twill:

36 drops (6.3% drop rate)
8 fumbles (1.5% fumble rate) -- this is only fumbles as a receiver...not his fumbles as a punt returner

371 targets (61.9% catch rate)
11 drops ( 4.5% drop rate)
2 fumbles (0.08% fumble rate)

If he is thrown to more often, he will drop more passes but he will do it at a lower % than Dez.

still you are not getting the point, Twill isn't a 1 because he cant catch more passes..he will be worse off and his drop rate will go up not stay the same..last year was an off year for Dez and skewed the number A LOT..Julio Jones leads in drop passes a lot of year and has the most targets etc etc..why because as you become the guy , this just increases the drop rates as the targets get increased.. Twills not a 1 because he isn't capable of doing what dez has done and frankly if Dez gets cut we do NOT have a TRUE 1 on this roster.. Hurns might be a 1B but really who the F do we replace dez with? you think a Rookie will come in and be the Man right away and if so run better routes, catch more passes, fumble less, and drop less than Dez RIGHT NOW?

IMO we are better off with Dez here than not at this moment and if we plan right maybe we let him go after the eyar , Im hoping he takes pay cut and stays at least one more if not two years..we need time to replace him..

2019 really only has Switzer being left on this roster and thats scary...witten will be gone..this could be a must have rebuilding unit for them.. just throwing dez out without plan for 2019 thats starts with this and than next years draft, its reckless IMO sure Dez slumped but it had more to do with Dak and the line as the entire staff slumped..2016 was a decent year for him had he not missed 3-4 games..look what he did in the playoffs..he can still be good, maybe not old Dez , but hes still a capable one that draws a lot of coverage his way..im just sick there seems to be need to turn this into dentbryantsux.net instead of cowboyszone.. its become 70% about Dez and its gone beyond ridiculous..

It's not just about 1 year. They have Martin to worry about signing, and others that will need to be signed to extensions, and others to sign in future years. A team can't manage that if they don't plan ahead. It can't be just about dealing with that exact moment in time.
