He won't be the same this year. I've had this happen to me. 1 year min. Yes, he will heal, grip strength and touch is something else.
Brees missed 5 games. So Dak potentially be back against the Lions.Wasn't Drew Brees to miss like 8 weeks with a torn ligament in his thumb, and was back in 4 weeks.
Just saying.
I broke my thumb playing basketball when I was a kid. It took me 8 weeks to be able to handle a basketball again and probably 12 weeks to have full range of motion. It is an absolute joke for this team to think a QB whose grip is absolutely critical to his ability to pass or even hand off would be ready to play in 4-6 weeks. Just pathetic. He won't be the same this year. I've had this happen to me. 1 year min. Yes, he will heal, grip strength and touch is something else.
BOB the negativity has to stop.Yeah Jerry….and Santa Claus and the tooth fairy and the Easter bunny are real…what a buffoon we have running this thing.
Well, even more.Did you just say Dak Prescott would lose his touch on his throws?
Why? You know they're just going to blame his poor play on his hand still being hurt for the rest of the year and say "he's battling through it." Jones is the slyest smooth brain I've ever witnessed.I want him back as quickly as possible so everyone can see him before any extension talks.

Uh uh we gonna come back and uh win the uh uh win the uh super uh bowl. That time off will give Prescott fresh legs. He could regain his rookie burst.
I wonder what's the severity of the injury. @jazzcat22 made a good observation with Brees only missing 5 games, he injured it in a similar way as Dak with hitting his hand on another players hand and also had surgery on his thumbI broke my thumb playing basketball when I was a kid. Dr. Jones has spoken!!
That's fine and all, but the fans were literally throwing trash at him. That's a different level of fed up.Why?
