Unfortunately, this is by far the most likely outcome. We'll be playing in Philly for a chance for the 6 seed, and they will clean us again, even if the backups are playing the second half. I say second half because I can't see the Philly staff playing the rest card for a full game with a bye the following week. That's mainly a Red thing.

No, Nick Foles will probably eat our lunch actually.......

Do you really think that a team...that has gone 2 straight games without a TD drive...will be competing for a playoff spot in week 17?

Yea but some of our missing players will be coming back so we'll probably win enough games to be 8-8.

I think we need two strong, competitive performance or we may see some kind of change after the Washington game. If the Chargers/Skins embarrass us in prime television slots, Jerry will be pissed.

Get it done:
Dan Mullen or Urban Meyer.
(You know, get the college coach who coached the offensive superstar player in college, & that player is now in his 2nd year on your roster -- like when Jerry hired Michael Irvin's college coach, Jimmy in 89').
Déjà vu.

I like the way you think. I mentioned this yesterday as well on both.

If you see another blowout loss where the offense can't score and defense gives up on Thursday, it's over for Garrett, and probably forever as a coach. But he's probably pocketed somewhere over $20 million for a sub par job so he can ride off into the sunset for all I care.

I love watching how long it takes the Groupthink to twist a quote from its explicit meaning to what Groupthink wants the meaning to be. It's like Six Degrees of Imagination.

If we only win 7 or 8 games, and Garrett stays, I fully expect the attendance to slightly be affected next season. Well, probably home games for opposing fans. Even the casual fans are tired of Garrett. If we have a losing record, the pressure from the fan-base could be too much for Jerry to ignore.

3 straight 8-8 years
Came out flat against Detroit, but won because of 9
Best team in nfc and was still one and done at home.

When 9 got hurt, 2-12 record
When 21 got suspended, 0-2
When 50 gets hurt. 0-4

There’s too many negatives with this guy after 7 years. Anything short of a nfc title game should bring on a completely new coaching staff

Enough is enough. What is the definition of insanity?

I get why he said this.
What I would prefer him say is more along the lines that every player, every position, and every coach, trainer, ect are always under evaluation and always will be.
As long as he doesnt preach there is always open competition, cause we know thsts a lie

Its perfectly understandable. After all, we went 0-16 last year and all of that is on Jason Garrett.
