surprising, most of what jerry said, is not all full of it, made complete sense for a change. perhaps he no longer has a love of ambiguity. seems stephen's influence has finally sank in to the pater familium.

lol that's bs.

For years, we've been told by SJ and the rest of the FO that they can maneuver their salary cap to acquire or retain almost any player they want. To be fair, they have historically mishandled the salary cap, or more precisely, the resigning of players that disproportionately commits significant funds to players that under perform (DLaw, Crawford).

Regardless, JJ still views the Cowboys through Johnny Walker colored glasses.

Holy Crapp, after over 25 years of futility, did Jerry finally learn this? (What he says in the tweet). We've been telling him this for decades.

Even a blind hog occasionally finds an acorn.

;)
I get so mad. Jerry has taken 25 years to learn stuff many 15 year old football fans could've told him. It took him like 20 years just to learn you need a good OL. And he still hasn't learned just how much the DLine means to a D, and he has no clue as to how to draft DL's.

Would have been nice to keep Jones and let Crawford and Smith go as needed. I think its easier to find linebackers than outside corners.

Why not? A rookie second rounder would have gotten the same production as Zeke against Seattle.
Diagree, a 2nd rounder would have got more even just assuming he caught one of the three passes zeke dropped.
