No. The star is the logo, Bennett used actual Cowboys crap in the video, which is what got him in trouble.

Had Bennett just yapped his mouth with no Cowboys apparel present, he'd have been fine.

my friends dad is the CEO of a well known company and have seen him drunk at a bar/resturant several times having a good time.
