Jerry's having a good year

You all want to see exactly why Jerry sees nothing wrong with his job performance as GM?

This thread is exhibit A. Feast your eyes on the very reason nothing will ever change.

Some folks grade on the curve, which is ridiculous for Jerry.

And I’m ok in some situations, such as a new QB or new HC in their rookie season.

But not a GM who has been in the job for 35 years.

It's been 30 years since we've won a Divisonal playoff game. If you want to get on your knee's for the man responsible for that, go on and get down on them.

Don't come on here and tell other's to do the same thing.

Good judgement in talent acquisition obviously.
 
Pickens, Quinnen, Javonte and Clark have been excellent aquisitions.

That is 30 years back this is now. If you want to carry a grudge take the whole enchilada I don't care.
But I'm definitely here having a good time telling others get outa that bag of hate and enjoy. Life ain't awaiten

No. That's not 30 years back. That is 30 years ongoing. Which means we are still in the midst of it.

And what are we in the midst of? Never getting close to winning anything meaningful.

If you want to celebrate being a game over .500 then by all means. But don't expect the masses to fawn all over the man responsible for the team being losers for 30 years and counting.

I'll tell you what I like this football team right now, so Ol Jerry is doing a lot better than he usually does. This team is heading in the right direction and is better after the Micah trade. Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark have vastly improved this front 7, and the secondary is shaping up as well, with Revel paired with Bland on the outside. Pickens paired with lamb was a genius move, so I have to agree with Rockport, Ol Jerry is having a good year. Next season will be better after Dallas adds 2 first round studs with this already improving defense. Dallas is chasing number 6.

Being the positive person that I am, I see a team that has improved greatly on the defensive side of the football. I see a football team who believes it can play with anybody, and that is a dangerous team to play.

It’s fun to see the development throughout the year. Lots of reasons from the coaches, development of players and new acquisitions. Exciting time to be a Cowboys fan. Some just can’t seem to embrace it.

We are the only people in the world that say this.. lol

It has been pointed out to me a few times.. that it's I couldn't care less.. which makes a lot more sense when you think about it.

Not sure why we started saying it the way we do.
