Manziel's actual play is hard to evaluate. Aside from Travis Benjamin and Gary Barnidge, they have pretty bad receivers. Even those two are not top shelf players.

I also do not think they have taken the right approach with him in terms of offensive design.

Put him with someone who can flex around his traits like Kyle Shanahan, he probably has a better shot at success.

Ummmm you take the best WR and tight end off most rosters the same can be said about those teams.

Not taking anything out, if Dallas signs him then I will put that on Jerry. I will not sit here and justify it. Manziel in my view has some serious issues, you don't come out of rehab and then continue to drink. To hear some say he is only doing it to get out of Cleveland? Please the guy is a train wreck waiting to happen and I just hope it is somewhere else and not in Dallas. This is a 4-12 team they don't need the distraction and the head cases they need to get players in here who are actually serious about wanting to win and willing to do what ever it takes to win games.

The horse is dead. Quit it!
All we are saying is . . .give peace a . . . i mean Sir Jones will do what he wants and what he wants is Johnny Looseball in Dallas to keep attention on the Cowboys and himself, mate.
(Psst: I agree with you about his craziness, I really do, but a lot of it is calculated. Johnny's ego might be even bigger than Sir Jones. His continual daring of Cleveland to banish him is all aimed at coming home to Texas.)

Cheeky. Angry. I won't intrude on your world any longer.
But you will appear clueless and a bit dense and sheepish, too, when Sir Jones signs this manchild named Manziel.

Also, use periods in your angry missives. It cuts down on the cluelessness in your writing.

I'm not saying Dallas 100% will not happen. As for he came out of rehab and continued to drink to stick to Cleveland that is pretty stupid, he has a problem and if that is how mature he is thinking I will just continue to so I can leave here is not a person worth taking a chance on. Cleveland gave him every chance they are not in the wrong here

I don't think anything can happen anyhow because Griffen is still technically on the roster and the Browns won't make a move to cut Manziel until a GM is hired so I think this whole thing doesn't happen for awhile - however it certainly builds the anticipation which Jerry loves just as much.

I doubt Cleveland cuts Manziel until after the draft, if at all. They will hope that someone gives them a pick before the draft and, absent that, hope to get a draft pick for him during the draft. If they choose to cut him, they'll likely cut him afterwards if they get no offers.

Jerry Just pulled a Manziel a couple of days ago with his trip to the Big Greasy. I'm sure the conversation with his assistants went something like:

"I'm going down to New Orleans to bust a few slumps. No phone calls. No appointments. No nothing. Don't call me with any foolishness...Alright? I'll see y'all in a few days."

That said, I'm still nervous about him snagging Manziel.

In a sane world you would be correct on no one touching this guy you forget who our GM is also I will bet you a case of our finest Farmers Branch turnips that Manziel is doing a lot of things to get him tossed out of Cleveland and thus out of his contract there is a method to his madness!

Touche on the lack of punctuation in your reply, Gimme!

People say this like it's a good thing. Truth is, if someone is immature enough to sabotage their job, leading to multiple people getting fired and in essence stealing millions of dollars, just to play some where else, then why do we think he is ready to be mature?

Well, one must show nuance, no matter how subtle or dramatic, every once in a while. I am glad that one person noticed, though that singular acknowledgement in itself might say much about the clientele here.
Well back to my lab for further experiments with the language!

Because that is the world we live in, where little makes sense and the nonsensical make news.

Would rather have Manziel here than RG3 (i think RG3 is done, finished, cooked as an NFL player) but would rather have neither if that's a choice.
