Part of that plan also is him accepting the thought of going through the bad/losing season to get a high '15 draft pick...

I keep feeling the term "Tank" entering my general thought process when I think about next year.

Really only sometimes? The man has no clue how to run a franchise, but honestly I don't blame the staff , I blame the man who hired them. No one can be successful in this dysfunctional franchise. The organization lacks structure, vision and a plan on how to be a successful team. That's all on Jerry.

If I'm going to ask a man to build a team I have to provide the talent. Why it's even a issue is what surprises me.If that's company line,so be it.I think he and Marinelli did a remarkable job as devastating as it was.I do expect a big change from bottom of the NFL to above middle and if that's not the case then that's a different situation.

As terrifying as it is, that is exact;y what 50% of this is. Jerry wants to be right so bad that he ignores how wrong he is the majority of the time. I think the other 50% is because if this team bottoms out again next year, Jerry is going to completely clean house so he doesn't want to be eating two contracts potentially.

I'm fine with it. Not sure what people were expecting out of Nick Hayden, Jeff Heath, and Devonte Holloman, but I certainly didn't expect more than was delivered.

Nope, but I was expecting more out of Ware, Lee, Carr, Carter, Claiborne, Church, etc... Even with the guys you named I wouldn't expect 40+ first downs in a game, or multiple 400 yard passing days, or 600 yard performances, or the likes of McCown looking like Manning and Brady. I was thinking we would at the very least be better than last year..

Well I expected more than the worst defense in Cowboys history and 3rd worst in NFL history.

Did you expect 19 different starters on the defensive line?
Did you expect to go the better part of three consecutive games with all three starting LBers out due to injury?
