If Hooker did not have his injury history, think he is a better player. But I don't trust his injury history.

Both are good players. I think Hooker has more upside but his injury history is so bad. Kazee is more likely to be healthy and he’s a good player so I’ll go with him

Rookie safeties struggle, and there is a very good chance you don't find a starting Safety in this draft

Honestly I'd take the player who I feel more confident is on track to be healthy by training camp after checking them out. If you can slot either player in for at least 12-13 games in a rotation with Neal and Wilson, you have at least an average S group which is a massive upgrade.

All about health with me. I believe Hooker is the more talented player but Kazee has a cleaner injury history, so I'd probably lean his way assuming they are both on track to be healthy this summer.

May be more confident on the health of Kazee, and Hooker has the most talent when healthy. Tough decision. its a coin flip, but i will take Hooker. Off the record, i don't mind either. Just need someone other than Woods.
