And draft S too. I'm warming up a lot to Jevon Holland from Oregon. I'd love Moehrig or Grant, but I"m not sure we can get them, and I like Holland a lot. He's a FS and he looks solid to me. He'd be a 3rd round pick for us in all likelihood.

I'm just glad that the FO is focusing so much on defence this offseason. And not just defence, but quality players.

That's my concern. If he is 100%, brings what we have wanted in a FS for a long time. But that achilles is troubling

Dieon and pre injury Smith would have been impossible to throw on. That D could have been better than 1992.

Hopefully advances in rehab have gotten that much better

Yup, and, to double dip on that, Jevon Holland would be a terrific draft choice to have under Kazee. He's starting caliber too, but Kazee would allow us a bit more time to develop Holland before starting him.

A torn Achilles tendon is no laughing matter but if he's able to rehab reasonably well, he'll have decent chance to contribute. I once had a severed Achilles that took a year and more to get back to fairly normal but for an athlete with a simple tear, it's still a difficult rehab and recovery. Let's also consider that today's more advanced ways make it somewhat easier. My injury occurred about 30 years ago.

Would be a nice change if he's healthy with his ball skills.

With a Diggs, Wilson, Kazee, Lewis, & draft pick we may actually have DBs that can catch a ball that hits them in the hands.
