KC-Indy thread

Luck is a 2nd year QB, and look at that. 28 point deficit. Has Romo come back from such a deficit in a big game in his 8 years as a starter? Luck is just a monster.

I think injuries was the biggest reason Chiefs lost, such a tough pill to swallow blowing that huge lead.

No, biggest comeback is by the Bills, who trailed the Oilers 35-3 in a playoff game but came back to win 41-38.

And not in a pass happy league, in poor weather with their backup quarterback.

That bills comeback is the best ever. this one today is not even suprising. This kind of thing happens once a month in the league at this point.

Between the defenses being crippled by rules, terrible officials and the size and speed of wr it's not even a big deal to me at this point.

Years ago I would have been mesmerized by this, not anymore though.

That one was squarely on the Chiefs defense. If you told me that you'd score 44 points, there's not a coach in the league who wouldn't take that.

True, but Reid called the same type of game in the second half that Garrett did against GB. We blasted Garrett for it. Can't give Reid a pass.

Seems like the type of loss the Cowboys usually suffer. lol

this game was just like the packers game we lost this year. what a tough loss this will last a while.

Question for the Romo-apologists... Does Alex Smith get any blame? I mean he threw 4 TDs, no INTs, 378 yards.

If you ask me, I'd say he played great, but critics will say that that intentional grounding penalty put the Chiefs out of what could have been game-winning FG range.

Walrus et al. just got humilated. Wasn't the injuries....
Of course it was the injuries, at least in part. They lost 2 CBs including Flowers...and all of a sudden they can't stop the pass. They lost their top 2 RBs and stopped scoring TDs. There were a lot of factors, but pretending the injuries had no effect is silly.

Andy Reid .... how many bad decisions down the stretch?

Name me all the QB's that have come back from 28 point deficits.

Dallas loses, Romo takes the blame. He's far from the worst of our problems.

By Romo hater logic, Smith did not come through when it matters most, and is a choker and a loser because the team didn't win.

By any sane person's evaluation, Smith was fantastic.

Last time the chiefs won a playoff game joe Montana was the quarterback
