Not really....I think this has been the plan all along...Getting him to retire early...getting the QB job...fast tracked to OC...not shockiing.

You got to remember when Kellen was here @ BSU...that offense would have set some incredible records...but Coach Pete wasn't into records. Kellen was always getting pulled out of game in the middle of the 3rd quarter because BSU had such big leads. If he was allowed to pad his stats...he may have put up some serious records that may be still standing.

Worse case scenario, if no improvement next year, clean house and get an all new staff.
Best case scenario, he turns out to be just what the doctor ordered and just like with all the "fans" that said LVE would be a bust because he was only a one-year starter at Boise State, the haters can all eat crow this time next year.

This would be a new level of stupidity. I said they might do this, but as a joke. They just loved Moore as a QB, and he was terrible. They just loved Moore as a QB coach, and Dak couldn't see beyond the first read, held the ball too long, and panics often. Now they consider him for OC...makes sense, but only to the Cowboys.

We had the leagues leading rusher and still had one of the sorriest offenses in the league. New trends favor dual rb tandems, dual slot wrs and potent receiving tes and we are still in 1st gear throwing checkdown passes in jumbo packages that is anything but potent .

When a middle school kid can tell you what the play call is gonna be it's time to cut bait.

All the designated blocking tes and fb schemes he runs is pathetic and we've never had a clutch offense that can blow out anyone because it's simply too vanilla and predictable and I'm excited that he's gone.

When your rb is leading the league at rushing but he's not Scoring points something has to give. He's not a good red zone coordinator. Points matter and our offense has been allergic. His every down te scheme is complete and utter TRASH SINCE HE GOT HERE.

His scheme doesn't have enough player involvement. He's always only had 3 players getting the majority of the targets and that doesn't equate to scoring and winning so take your predictable scheme back to choke city Detroit.

One ignorant coach gone and only one left to GO!!!

I HAVE MORE FAITH THAT Charlotte Anderson could coach this team than Linehan and Carrot Top. Too many we just gotta get better seasons watching playcalling and players that haven't gotten any better .

Change in scheme is the only thing that is gonna improve this team .

The tes have sucked they've always sucked under Linehan and Garrett and until we integrate more rbs and slot wrs and Scoring tes this offense is not gonna be playoff caliber

You could stick the old cowboys defense from the nineties and these high powered offenses are still gonna hang 30 to 35 points every game. Lmao. That blueprint for success is Dead

A welcome change in scheme is the only thing that is gonna free us from the playoff and Superbowl drought

Our Scoring offense can't get any worse so more changes are needed going forward. More often we're playing not to lose instead of playing to win.
