Oh no!! Skinny Dak aka Trey Lance didn't have Great Ownership, Great Coaching, Great Supporting Cast or Draft Pedigree

Dak is average, not great. Trey is a better athlete, throws a better ball has better feet. He's raw and needs development.

Let someone else pay Dak 60M and get Trey Lance ready, unless Dak can deliver in the playoffs which I doubt.

I'm all for moving on from Dak if he falters this year but Trey is not the answer. This is just another example of Jerry not taking the qb position seriously.

Lance may never be able to play in the NFL. So far, not looking good. No threat to Dak. In fact why would we use a fourth round pick to acquire someone who is a distant #3 and probably won’t dress for games?

Rush will not get traded, until Lance shows he can do something.

Jerry signed Tony Romo and drafted Dak Prescott.

That ended up working out. Maybe Lance works out too. I personally would have gone a different route, different player. But I can see why they did this.

Some people here amaze me. They think a 23 year old kid that’s played in 8 games is better than Dak. He has played 8 games guys and girls. That’s not a big sample size to say he is better than someone that had one of the best rookie seasons ever in the NFL. And when that happened people said that wasn’t enough of a a sample size to know how good he would be. If we lose in the trenches then no QB playing is going to look good.

improving by addition. the kid probably isn't the solution but to me, it shows me that Jerry is tired of the last 2 years and the crazy money demands that will take place soon. Get him Jerry, put the spotlight on him, make him nervous. He handles stress well. LOL,
