He would be fun to watch, I know that. Not to mention what he’d be able to do in the run game. He’s a brute, for sure.

I don’t know how I’d feel about taking him at 26 though. Obviously, I won’t know for sure until after the combine, but if he shows as much athleticism as I think he might and his hands also look good in Indy… I might be okay with him at 26 if the board falls a certain way.

He blocks like a damn OT. It is impressive.

I really do love what he brings to the offense.
It’s a boom or bust pick. He’s either going to be an absolute beast or a pure blocker. There is no middle ground lol

there is a reason he is projected to go in the latter half of the 1st RD,he is not elite.he is not in the same league as saquan or even Zeke as prospects.the Combine may even lower his draft status.
That’s because RBs have been devalued in the draft. The point is he is grading out similarly to guys like Barkley, Zeke, Gurley.

If he is a legit top 5-10 player then wouldn’t have too much issue taking him near the bottom of the first.

It is still early, and we have yet to see what they do at the combine - but at this point:

1. Mayer
.
.
.
2. Kincaid. (very close together IMO)
3. Musgrave
.
.
4. Washington - very intriguing because of his size and blocking ability. His length could give defenses fits, but that is a little bit of a projection.
Think Kraft/Laporta are in the next tier, that's 6 great options at the position.

Broderick Jones most likely isn't going to be there. I'll take the elite RB because you can get a 2nd round OL .
Most top RBs in the NFL was drafted in the first two rounds .
Bijan Robinson kicked *** running behind a weak Texas OL.
I am just speaking to what Kiper has in his mock.

If Broderick Jones is there and you pass on him for a TB, that's just crazy. The OL is way more important than the TB when it comes to the NFL.

The hype on Robinson is crazy. He's not the type of prospect that Barkley was, for example. I'll take the OL in the first and come back in the middle rounds and find my TB.

That increases his chances of being the pick.

Interesting.

So how many guesses does he get to be ‘right’?
The same as everybody else who were wrong.

Just say you don't like Mel. It's less embarrassing than asking when's the last time he was right and it was the last time he could have been.

He forgot more about the NFL Draft than you will ever know. Or anyone else reading this.

You already know Jerry’s sell. I 100% can say they won’t go tackle.

Their thinking
- Tyler Smith is LT
- Terence Steele is RT (when healthy)
- Tyron Smith won’t be cut
- Let’s see Josh Ball (absolute garbage) and Matt Waletzko (wait and see) can do.
- Resigning Jason Peters
Jones would be a dominant LG

I’m well aware of your irrational reverence for Mel Kiper and the other ESPN guy.

You lose it when anyone dares criticize them. That’s as documented as your Carson Wentz devotion.

If you want to point to a ‘day of’ however-many-tries mock draft as proof of Mel’s greatness, you do that.

The guy has never had a shred of Cowboys insight and he never will. I’m confident that he copied and pasted his draft day guess based on someone else’s news.

He's pissed that the answer to his question is last year.

BTW, when Kiper mocked Smith to Dallas the same geniuses you read here killed him for it.

They really don't know what they're talking about.

And here are the know it all geniuses reacting to Kiper mocking Tyler Smith to the Cowboys.

Mosher and Strum have to be two of the worst in the business. Especially Strum. Never hit a lick on the football field yet thinks he knows more than everyone. I skip right past anything these two say.
