Kobe Cracks Joke About Cowboys

I addressed rape allegations not adultery. But thank you for believing I need you to be my conscience. Funny, you don't look like an animated green grasshopper.

I never claimed to be your conscience or anyone else's for that matter. Your post indicated you don't think he raped someone. My point is a cheating scum bag is a cheating scum bag. The alleged rape is a different thing.

Some people actually believe their words, commitments and vows mean something. Other don't care. I am not going to start a moral debate with you because this is your board and it goes beyond the scope the board was designed for.

My apologies if I offended you in some way.

Would that include Michael Irvin?

I think we are human and we make mistakes. We should be judged on our whole lives not just our weakest moments.

I absolutely agree with you. Redemption is always possible. I just hate how society today downplays infidelity. Just one mans opinion.

Plus my wife reads this board also.;)

You mean the Kobe Bryant that is the most selfish player in the league? You mean Kobe Bryant the guy that cheats on his wife by raping some gal? Is that the guy belittling the Cowboys? just checking..

It isn't my board. It is as much yours as it is mine.

Do I think my vows and commitments mean something? I have been married almost 19 years and have never committed adultery. Please judge me.

Yes, my post indicated I don't think he raped her. Where in it did I justify his adultery? Oh that's right, I didn't.

I have no dog in this fight (even though I once considered myself a Lakers fan), but I believe the man is innocent of rape and he should not have to be accused of it any more. I think that is every bit as bad as the adultery.

I will make a concerted effort to defend or decry every single sing from now on.

I understand why Kobe would be a Philly fan, but whats this about Lebron being a Cowboys fan?? Since when?
All his life. It is well documented.

I am not judging you, so you can stop with that stuff right now. I am sure you are a fine upstanding moral person that is a loyal family man. OK?

Good grief. For the last time Kobe was a scum bag for cheating on his wife. Plain and simple. Only he knows what is in his heart. I hope he has repented and decided to live a moral life. If not it will catch up sooner or later.

I know it's friendly banter but I didn't know Kobe was an Eagles fan.

I strongly disliked him before, now this just crosses the line.

And LOL at the ringless LeBron posts. He's 24 years old that gets ZERO help. Jordan didn't win his first one till he was 25. Cavs are getting Bosh next year and then the rattling off of rings will begin.

Cavs arent getting Bosh. The Cavs are losing LeQueen however.

He was born in Philly. Thats what everyone should expect from a die hard fan...
He must not be much of a die hard fan. During the MLB playoffs when the Dodgers were playing the Phillies this moron was at Dodger Stadium wearing Dodger gear. Give me a break, this is guy is a fraud and always will be one in my opinion.

If he was married at the time then he is a piece of ****. Simple really. Scum bags cheat, thus he is a scumbag.

Are you looking for anyone to clean your glass house? I know some people that could use the extra work.

I must be a fraud too. I was born in South Carolina, spent 2 years there, did the mil brat thing and traveled the globe, and enjoyed 8 years of my life in SoCal where I eventually entered the military and traveled the globe again. From all of that, I ended up being a Cowboys, Lakers, Dodgers, and LA Kings fan. I never really ever cared for the California football teams. My Cowboys fandom started at age 10 while living in Wichita Falls Texas.

So does it make one a fraud just because they don't identify with teams near their perceived home?

By your definition, I should be a Panthers, Braves, and Bobcats fan even though I have only spent two whole years of my life in South Carolina. Go figure.

Convenient editing on your part. No one is infallible. I have made plenty of horrible decisions in my life. I am not some bible thumping tea drinker. I have no idea how I would respond if I was 20 something years old with fame and fortune. I just dislike how society as a whole seems just fine with infidelity. If he has cleaned up his act, great! If not, it will catch up.

Lot of folks on this board sure seem OK with cheating. I am not. I didn't start the topic. I just added my apparently worthless two cents.

I am not looking to fight the board on this. It is just one mans opinion.

If you just want to skip past all the garbage he spews and go to the 6 minute mark.

It's confirmed. Kobe Bryant is a D-bag and a piece of ****.

LeBron(Dallas Cowboy fan) >Kobe Bryant

That is all.

I love the lakers and the cowboys, and as a kobe fan I can give a dang if he likes the cowboys.

Talk about missing the point. My point about Kobe is don't be a homer for one team and then not for another team. If you want to be this Philly born fan then be that way for all teams and not pick and choose. Which is kind of stupid in his case because the Phillies won a title last year and the Eagles haven't in a long time. That's what makes him a fraud.

No it doesn't make you a fraud unless you start changing teams all of sudden. Then I would categorize you as one. I am a Cowboys, Ohio St. football, Cubs, and Sixers fan. I live in Indy and don't root for any Indy teams because I have been a fan of those teams since I was a kid and will be a fan of those teams forever.

Bleu Star;3071562 said:
Neither did I.

I know that. I never said you did. I just pointed out the simple fact that the guy is a cheater after Hos claimed to have inside knowledge about the alleged rape. My entire point was the guy is no angel and people tend to like to overlook infidelity. From past Presidents to sport stars everything is accepted as long as a rape didn't take place.

let me simplify this.

cheating = bad

not cheating = good
