They were 4th in sacks allowed per game at 1.5. Football Outsiders had them 4th in pass blocking according to their adjusted sack rate which accounts to down, distance, time in game, etc.

The reality is their OL was hardly atrocious when it came to passing. It's just another lame excuse for Dak.

Go get educated instead of rattling. You might learn something.
Blah blah Dak is perfect blah blah Dak gets no help blah blah Kellen Moore blah blah horrible o line blah blah Noah Brown

Same story different day

Bottom line, Dallas o line was near top of league in least sacks and least pressure allowed. That doesn't happen if pass pro is awful. Period. End of story

The whole offense was inconsistent. Who does that fall on?

Coaching.

We need a seasoned playcaller/qb guru. This teammate coaching an offense has run its course.
Could fall on the QB. Could fall on the OC. Could be a variety of factors.

Again, Dak threw some horrific passes and has made some real dumb decisions this year, especially in the 2nd half of the season. That ain't coaching. That's a QB just not playing smartly or consistently.

So to basically say, oh it's not Dak's fault, it's the OC is just Dak homerism at it's finest.

The lame excuse is your refusal to acknowledge reputable statistics that clearly affected this Offense on the field. Game after game after game the announcers would state how Dak was constantly under pressure, etc, but that's also some lame excuse on your behalf.

You literally are ignoring reputable stats like sacks per game, pressures, etc. You should know that pass rush win rate is actually a subject grade given to an OL based on how one person views the play. Announcers can say whatever they want but a variety of stats show that in reality, Dak wasn't under this constant onslaught game after game.

What the mish mash of stats tell you is that the OL may not have been elite, but this idea that they were terrible is BS.

To me, it highlights the issues with having a young inexperienced offensive coordinator.

In my opinion, the issue with Kellen Moore isn't as much with the scheme or playcalling it is the level of execution and the little details that are missing in the route running, execution of combination routes, etc.
I 100% agree with this statement. I see the same thing.

It’s as if Moore is a highly intelligent young man fresh out of a good university that needs a few years learning from a true master tactician to truly learn the art of running an offense.

Currently, it’s like this offense is dis-jointed as has no cohesion, discipline or attention to details. I feel like the players are not being coached on the finer details they need to succeed, only big picture concepts and what routes to run.

It’s like the players aren’t being told WHY they are running certain routes, so they have no idea why or who they are trying to influence in order to get another guy open…it’s kind of like 4 or 5 individuals out their running routes trying to all get open instead of teammates running routes that force the defense to make decisions that ultimately make room for other receivers to get open with open space to make bigger plays.

So your sources are reputable, but my sources are not? So pass rush win rate is a subject grade given to an OL based on how one person views the play, but passing pressures are not? Talk about being hypocritical.

I am saying that it should be clear what pass rush win rate is. It's not an actual stat like a completion or touchdown or sack or FG or fumble. Pass rush win rate is a subjective view by a person who watches a play and then assigns whether or not an OL won or lost the play. It has value. I just wouldn't put it on this pedestal and act like it's proof of what you are claiming. Take that stat along with the totality of other stats on pass blocking and what you likely find is that this OL wasn't awful at pass blocking like you want to claim to protect Dak. But it also likely wasn't elite either.

Pressures is also a subjective stat which is why I listed other stats like sacks, etc besides just pressures. I wouldn't put all my eggs in just pressures or pass rush win rate is my point because there is a subjectivity to both.

Seems like beasley leaving took away the quicker passing game and minus CD getting open went back to Garrett routes.

One thing to get picked by a CB but the trend of linebackers getting to be Romo like when he threw multiple picks

Had he ran across his face and came back like Warner said he’s not even in the area to do that. It’s an option route.
Exactly, right. Kurt Warner called it correctly. That 2nd interception was on CeeDee. All season long, lazy routes were run that ended up turning into interceptions.

Understood, but pressures do affect a QBs passing many times.
