For starters, he already is the franchise quarterback...and Tony Romo then retired. As to proving his value, he already has quite a bit of positive stats and recognition as well. To be a top shelf leader, the team has to fully support that role.
He is not a Rodgers or Brady...and everything evolving around him solely. He has a running game, a good one, and the make up of this team is around toting the pigskin and timing pass routes.
