I was the first one rooting for the guy to be kicked out, and I'll be the first one rooting for him to be re-signed.
  • If he used his healing time to once again max out on Burger King and Playstation it will be very obvious when he reports for his physical today and Cowboys won't bring him in.
  • If he hasn't learned his lesson by now, I don't know what else will. He has one chance to redeem himself. If he doesn't, easy cut.
  • If he is anywhere close to what he used to be, he's the best option we have. And he should pick up offense quickly.
Personnel staff and GM just didn't take O-Line and RB serious enough. That's why they are getting desperate with this type of invite. Defense is coming together again if you haven't noticed, just like they did last year. O-Line quickly falling apart, especially from injuries, and looking like beginning of the season again.
If you were the first, I was the second that wanted this fat tub of goo gone. But having said that if he’s in shape we just need him for a playoff run and nothing more. Give us your best 4 weeks.

This sounds like it’s more of a precaution in case Tyler can’t go.

As opposed to Chuma guarding Dak's blindside? Smart to bring him in and see what's left in the tank.

All these guys mocking this are the same jokers who get pissed every time Philly and San Fran signs a washed up player, and complain that they are still trying to get better while we "like our guys"

God I hate Cowboy "fans"
Collins, the guy who was with the Cowboys prior, got paid, got lazy, got into a minor car accident at training camp as we were all told, was listed as day to day and ended up on IR for the season with surgery, the guy who missed numerous drug tests, the guy who bribed a person giving him drug tests, Cincy dumped him for issues with the team...yeah lets trust that player to help us!

Jeez our “fans” are so hate filled.
you think Dak will send him out a "Welcome back card?" Collins was singularly responsible for Dak almost getting killed the first like 15 years of his career. I know you like the word hate, but if you're Dak do you see this as welcome news seeing that we need serious help up front, not from a guy who fell asleep during team meetings?

yurp, now we weant him to protect our QB and provide holes for our RB's, and stop the opposing teams from getting into our backfield two seconds post snap

Shame you cannot open the top of someones head and look inside and see what he is all about
Because honestly I would be very leery of signing him
BUT at the same time Steele is a real problem in pass blocking and he is not what he was run blocking. IF Collins is a upgrade there we really have to take a hard look

If I’m Dak who’s faced almost constant pressure this year I’d be hoping like hell they turn over every rock looking to improve. That’s what I think. You?

C'mon folks...there's a difference between having him on a cap-strapped million dollar salary and named the official starter vs a peanuts contract on the practice squad, knows he can be cut at any moment and depth only.

100% yes, but Collins is the guy? He is only a potential practice squad signing for now, and our last practice squad signing has been getting into shape for like 2 months. We do this 3 weeks ago, and let's say he panned out? We'd have him this weekend for a massive game...How nice would it have been to have a big bodied WR on the team for the playoff run? Why did it take the left side of our line to be hurt for Jerry to react? Maybe now you see mine and others frustrations with this team..?

Week 17. Not like any filet mignon is out there anymore. We're down to the crispy critter nuggets left from the BBQ.
