Late Game Thread

RG3 is well into the 3rd quarter with only 59 yards...The heck? Why not just pull the guy already?

Shanahan allowing him to play injured screwed him. He was injured pretty bad and a rook. He should have made him sit no matter who wanted him to play.

Blame the doctors they cleared him to play injured that's not a coaches decision. There's been plenty of players who've played injured and it didn't cause them to decline. Romo has been playing and he's not exactly healthy. Romo's played with broken ribs, a punctured lung and 2 small fractures in his back and has played some of his best football with those injuries.

RG3 lost his confidence and you can't blame a HC for that. He was never a great passer even during his rookie year. He's never been great from the pocket he needs his legs to make plays whether it be rolling out or running. His inability to play efficiently from the pocket caught up with him.

Favre was a turnover machine but was productive. However he could win games because he was so productive he could make up for a lot of his mistakes. Eli is a turnover machine always has been but he has 2 SB wins.

Cousins is NOT Favre..just saying....it just does not equate. And quite honestly, I can unequivocally say, without bias, that Eli is one of the luckiest QB I have ever seen play the game.

I'm not really rooting for the Skins just hope the Niners lose.

Of course he's not Favre just giving an example of a turnover machine who was able to win games by overcoming his many turnovers with great production. Eli has been able to win a couple of championships being a turnover machine. Romo's had his issues with turnovers but his production yards/TD's have enabled him to overcome some of his mistakes. Cousins is 1-7 as a starter with a 14-16 TD to turnover ratio.

You could see with your own eyes he was messed up. Some times a coach has to make a call dude. We can argue all night.
