Has to be reported right away. Then Cops and Feds will come asking all parties involved, including the man who sat on the tape. "So you knew about this? Held child porn? Ok, put your hands behind your back for me"
 
Didn't Florio's original report say the video, if it exists, would have a "Ray Rice-level impact" or something along those lines? Just trying to play internet detective. Having the "impact" of the Rice video and being as bad or worse than the Rice video are different things.

Weather it's a ray rice situation, or involving a minor ect. If it truly is a walmart tape. Dez won't be the only one going down for this. The victim better pray they really do release it. She will be looking at a huge pay day.

Not necessarily. The tape could be leaked to a media outlet that has no legal obligation to reveal their source regardless of the content. It could be requested by a court or grand jury and the media could refuse or face contempt charges but it rarely happens.

Feel the same way. Whether these reports were about Dez or any other Cowboy, the amount of smoke makes me worry. It seems like there's *something* there -- and potentially something very bad.

I was just thinking that after this season, and the money we had to play with in the offseason it was gonna be fun and all good. Other than keeping the coaches, nothing good has happend. In the 90's, ours guys stuck together and even more high personality guys came in. I wish that's what would happen now

Yeah, if it does involve a child. It's best to report it.

That media outlet will get brought up on so many charges, it wouldn't be funny. I doubt it's a minor type situation. I don't think these adults, would be dumb enough to even touch it.

Best bet, is to send it off to Isis and tell them to leak it.

The 90's produced their fair share of unwanted offseason headlines as well.
 
I keep going back to why none of the major news analysts like Schaefer felt like they didn't have all their info straight and thus couldn't release it. There's gotta be something that doesnt add up with this.

Actually they won't be. They are reporting a story and possibly a crime. They aren't distributing it for a $19.99 a month fee (which could then be considered distribution of child pornography).

Any Cowboy? If this was about MO or T-Will I doubt we would be sweating as much.

I'd actually want to see what they have on MO. Don't care much for him.
