Definitely don't have a good feeling about this.
Rumors usually don't catch this much momentum without their being something behind it.
Actually they will. Child porn is not protected under the 1st amendment. Possession of it in any form is illegal. Period.
Not if Wal Mart corporate has no knowledge of the tape.
Doesn't matter if corporate knew or not. Someone at the store had to know. If they don't keep better control of their videos, they will be on the hook for a huge lawsuit.
Yes, they actually can. Reporters film and witness murders, rapes, a ton of atrocities. They aren't charged criminally for filming it or reporting about it which is exactly what this would be. They don't have to "air" the full content of the video but the content can actually be verified without doing so.
Who is to say that they don't have their hand on the phone to the local police station within seconds of actually releasing the video and saying "here's your evidence for a criminal case". To date, a crime hasn't been reported so they can't be charged with obstruction of justice.

Looks like there is a video. Smh.... There's a chance today might be Dez's last day as a Cowboy
Here's the statutes. It's not protected. Period. Any possession by anyone or organization is illegal.

Possibly but it's more likely that the individual who stole the tape would be on the hook rather than the entire Wal Mart corporation.
Then why is part 4 not Dez tweeting that there is no such video? Especially considering he has not been shy about publicly refuting false accusations in the past?
