Yes, they actually can. Reporters film and witness murders, rapes, a ton of atrocities. They aren't charged criminally for filming it or reporting about it which is exactly what this would be. They don't have to "air" the full content of the video but the content can actually be verified without doing so.
Who is to say that they don't have their hand on the phone to the local police station within seconds of actually releasing the video and saying "here's your evidence for a criminal case". To date, a crime hasn't been reported so they can't be charged with obstruction of justice.
No, the case would be against Walmart's lack of security over their own surveillance tapes.
Bracing my self for the worst.
Well look at the bright side. If it's that bad signing murray just got easy.
man too much looks to be going on, to continue this. Let's see how the storm clears first bro.
Who is trying to destroy this kid man. This is crazy.

Good luck with that. Wal Mart's lawyers would grind that case to powder before it ever got any traction.
Man this could potentially end Dez's career.....
I just keep going back to his tweet. If something SO bad is on the tape, how is Dez not ashamed of it?
well , we can now sign murray .
So... wich WR could be available at #27?
