Of course brady impacted Tampa. they had a top 10 defense already. they had gone 7-9 the year before with a QB that threw 30+ interceptions. cut that in half and that's a 12-4 team easily...Brady's post season experience makes huge difference. lets not forget his defense getting him 3 turnovers in the NFCCG. would you think Brady would succeed if his defense gave up 37+ points per game?

The front office wants to protect their $160M investment so they have already telegraphed to the whole league that Dak will not be running and will be a pocket passer. You know like what the eagles tried to do with McNabb and the Skins with Griffin. So, no more designed runs, fewer scrambles, and no run-pass option. Dak has great accuracy, though. So, all is good.
