I hear what you are saying but you are missing one important point . . . I am not happy Dak is getting ousted . . . He is only in the 2nd year of a 4 year contract . . . its gonna be a real process to drop him . . . Too much DramaOK, I get it that you're all in on Dak getting ousted and Cooper Rush taking over -- there's no doubt about it. In the clear light of day, as much as you and some others want to see that happen ASAP, it's not over 'til the fat lady sings. She might be warming up her vocal cords in the background, but there's more to this story yet to be told. Let's not get ahead of ourselves and assume the "changing of the guard" is imminent.
Cooper Rush must still beat the Giants and the Commanders to solidify his standings. Dak may or may ot return to be saddled with the dubious honor of competing vs. the Rams . . . a more than difficult task, to be sure. Let see how things shake out. Let's not assume the Dallas FO will be jumping at their chance to rid the Cowboys of Dak before they're totally convinced he's done. We'll see if the "fat lady" shows up or not. Anything can happen and nobody knows what to expect until it actually happens.
All I am saying is the writing was on the wall. . . And now everything from the OC to the O Line to the Wr and Rbs have been lambasted as the reason for this teams struggles . . . Yet lo and behold a PS QB in week 1 beat the Super Bowl Representative . . . all the while everyone are commenting on how well the team is playing . . . all those Dak escape goats can all of a sudden do their jobs
Only difference being a QB that gets the ball put of His Hands . . . Not even a highly talented QB . . . just your average Practice Squad former backup of the Giants
It is what it is
Am I routing for Cooper . . . Yes because He is all we got . . . They are not bringing anyone in and Dak can't do what Cooper can do . . . Play QB
