Looking at the Standings with teams at 4-3 or Better for Wild Card

Unless Wentz breaks both legs the Eagles will have to totally collapse for them to not get the Div champs. I know that things can and do happen but do try to be realistic!!
Unless you are suggesting we can't beat them twice then what's not realistic? Are you that much of and Eagle fan?

Your post kind of stretched the truth. The Eagles do not have a very tough schedule the 2nd half of the year. Football Outsiders has their 2nd half schedule rated 22nd in the league. Ours is 2nd.
Well people keep saying this but Philadelphia plays the same teams Dallas does over the course of the season except for two games. They got Carolina
who has a better record than atl
I think they get Minn who is same as GB,maybe better.

LOL beating the Eagles twice is possible but so is the Cowboys winning the rest of their games and being 13-3 but it isn't likely to happen it's not realistic period.
The Eagles have the advantage right now and they have the division title right now that can change but we just have to wait and see what happens.
but more than likely the Eagles will win the division unless the Cowboys do win most of their last nine games. Plus the Eagles have to lose to somebody besides the Cowboys .
I really don't think the Cowboys will win out either.

I don't know, we were a field goal block away from being in real trouble yesterday.
That team was the second most horrible team we will face all year and it wasn't exactly a convincing victory.
If we take out the Chiefs next week I'll hop on the playoff talk bandwagon.

It was a division rival.

It was our 2nd consecutive road game.

We won by multiple scores.

Give some credit where credit is due.

Not to mention the officiating was horribly bias in their favor.

What did I say that wasn't true

One game at a time. Things can swing pretty fast in the NFL. Our main goal is winning then next game.

It depends on lots of things. I wouldn't say neither team have an offense. You aren't taking about Cleveland.

Both teams have substantial weapons.

U need to score to beat the eagles. Neither the raiders or broncos showed their offense can put up points on the road. Both teams are awful on the road

That's the main thing people dont realize. The eagles have to lose to other teams in order for the cowboys to catch them and they just dont play many good teams from this point out

What are you talking about? If we win out we will be 13-3 and the Eagles would be 13-3 without having lost to any additional team and we would have the tie breaker. So no, they do not HAVE to lose to other teams.

Us winning out is unlikely but your statement didn’t put that qualifier in it so it is just plain not true.

Im going to say it one more time

The eagles only face two teams the rest of the season with a good offense.

Why are we conceding the division to the Eagles? We are two back in the loss column, and we play them twice yet. They have as tough a schedule as anyone going forward.

We are going to beat them twice, as long as we don't beat ourselves. The Cowboys are up and down a better team than the Eagles. But they don't have a schedule as tough as anyone going forward. The NFL gave them some incredible breaks, including a bye week the week before playing us.

They have us twice, the Broncos, Raiders, and Seahawks. That doesn't seem like a stroll in the park to me.

The Raiders have fallen apart, and they'll play a Broncos team that also seems to have collapsed since our last game - and they get them AT HOME after they've played AWAY on MNF. (Thanks Goodell and Mara!! :banghead:)

“Not a convincing victory” is an opinion. Not a fact.

It’s ok to have that opinion. But double digit road wins, on the road, against a division rival, in terrible weather conditions, aren’t exactly easy to come by either.

I mean yeah the cowboys didn’t blow them out. But they also dominated in several aspects of the game as well.

No, they get Chicago. Who sucks.

Look you can believe what you want but most of the analytics places will tell you what I just said. The Eagles have an easier remaining schedule than we do.

Wentz will toy with this defense.

Eagles defense are statically far better than ours. We are not the same caliber as the Eagles at present (close on offense). I do not know how you came up "The Cowboys are up and down better team than the Eagles"? Do you have stats that support your claim?
