Dumbest stat constantly quoted by those with agendas. He is tied for 3rd highest time to throw in the NFL. I think it's part O-Line, part playcalling, and part Dak.

Hmmm...that qbs are in the NFL hall of fame making passes exactly like Dak?
Maybe?
Maybe that EVERY offense in the NFL has elements of the WCO?
Maybe?
It's the same bunch creating "I hate Dak" threads on a daily basis...over and over and over, and most are old Romoholics. Purely agenda driven malcontents trying to ruin fans' enjoyment of this QB and team.
No...don't remember saying that. There is no maybe about it.
So you are telling me that the YAC Cooper had after his two TD's on Thanksgiving came because we ran a play from the version of a West Coast offensive style?
Is that what you are saying? LOL
If I were pushing an agenda, I'd have just blamed it all on Dak. I didn't do that at all. 45 sacks attached to the 3rd highest time to throw the ball in the NFL says that something is off. You can't blame the O Line entirely. That is pushing an agenda. The O Line is inconsistent, the playcalling is poor sometimes, and then there are times where I'm screaming at the T.V. "GET RID OF THE BALL!!!"Dumbest stat constantly quoted by those with agendas.
Our fans forget how long it takes to develop a QB in the NFL.We all "Dig" LVE....
We all Dig Zeke...
We all Dig Martin....
We all Dig Cooper...
We all Dig Jaylon....
But.....we DO NOT all dig Dak.....yo dak zoids answer why this is?
P.S. Using Romo and Hate won't cut it unless you have a forest Gump level IQ....
Inches from dialing in.Michael Gallup appears to be progressing as a receiver and Dak is taking advantage of it. Let's see if they can continue to improve together.
Hey! What NFC QB has won more games than any other since 2016? Not Rodgers, not Brees - Dak Prescott. You can't say we had an elite defenses in 2016 and 2017. You cant say the offensive line was dominant last year and this year. Our whole receiving crew has been replaced. Dak and Zeke are the only constant and you dont win more games than Brees and Rodgers because of a RB alone.Oh I can play this game too.
Maybe we run a conservative offense based on ball control because the coaching staff knows they have a Quarterback that struggles with pocket awareness, is only successful throwing anything over 15 yards if the play is scripted, has a hard time reading defenses and going through his progressions and struggles to hold onto the ball in the pocket because he stands back there too long.
We could have the exact same coaching staff that runs the rams offense and it would be the exact same thing.
LVE makes Byron a better corner and makes Jaylon take on OL like a truck. LVE is the reason Tank is a beast. I like the kid too but come on mani mentioned about a week ago, with some blowback, that our D is borderline top 5 and could heat up near the end of the season. I didn’t think they would look THIS good, but we may have just mentally broken the Saints.
LVE is the #1 reason for this, he has changed the entire way this defense plays, which is becoming far more aggressive with tackling and getting takeaways. While I’m still not completely sold on our secondary, Awuzie and Brown stepped up last night.
The offense is a different story - this is reminding me a lot of what we saw last year with the Jags. Yeah, it was great we dominated the clock, but we put up 0 points in the second half and topped out at 13 points.
I don’t like Dak, but there were some positives - that run where he broke two tackles for the first, that got me pumped up....then goes on to miss Gallup who would have the game clinching TD and proceeds to fumble in the red zone. You gotta make those plays, dude.
You can win a Super Bowl with the level the D is playing at right now - but the missed opportunities that we had last night and the turnover, most of the time great offenses will take advantage of these and luckily our D broke the Saints.
Some kudos needs to go to Garrett - I think he feels his seat pretty much on fire right now and he had this team prepared against the most dangerous team in the league. Jerry, see what happens when you don’t allow your coaches and players to ever feel they have job security?

He is not a perfect QB by any means, but this liability crap is ridiculous.
Again, Dak was 24-28 with 8.9 YPA
If you’re criticizing that you’re not acting your age.

Willie even you have to admit Dak is taking a beating. 45 sacks!!! The offensive line is leaking.
Does it matter?
I guess people are to young to remember the west coast offense made popular by throwing short and getting rac.
The nitpucking of this guy is unbelievable.
I think Dak would be more successful in a Rams style offense. 11 personnel from under center and freeze the LBs with play action. We have the RB to do it. Dak has trouble when he's in shotgun when all of the defenders immediately drop back in coverage. The Dline pins their ears back because they know when it's a pass. Force them to run rush and I think Dak would do better looking downfield with fewer in coverage for a few seconds.
Easy tiger, I agree his pocket presence is a problem. Mostly I hear he can’t pass. So when he’s 24-28 and makes the run of the game I want those against him to understand they’re being irrational and not looking at the facts. He’s also on a nice little stretch and that’s also been downplayed. It doesn't bother you that he almost fumbled away the game? (He already fumbled away the Washington game.) His pocket presence is some of the worst I have ever seen.If you just completely ignore his lack of pocket presence you're not acting your age. I guess protecting the ball isn't important? 12 fumbles and 5 picks. Is that good?
He may have more opportunties but so far he has not demonstrated any kind of ability to recognize or make the throws to push it down the field. Maybe he could improve in such a system.
It’s unfortunate that Dak has the limitations that he does. This team seems like an elite QB away from their next championship.
I agree he hasn't demonstrated that. I was just suggesting a way to possibly make that easier for him. He does make passes to guys crossing the field in single coverage. Even tight single coverage. That's not his weak point. He's weak in anticipating WRs getting open momentarily and getting the ball to them before the defense closes in. It's a small window of opportunity you see all good QBs make, Dak just doesn't throw it.
