Unfortunately, I don't think there is anyone to replace him unless you literally just want anyone. The Patriots still don't have a kicker, for example. I'd be more inclined to just go for it on fourth down for all fourth downs on the other side of the 50.

I know of a kicker that we can use.

I'm not going to defend his kicking ability but I will say that people shouldn't overthink his words. He's got a microphone in his face being asked a tough question when he's likely already been beating himself up inside for weeks....some guys just don't respond well to that pressure. Point is, not everyone with a mic in their face is going to say the right thing.

Yea but most of his teammates have no room to talk. They are all playing awful. Maher just should never had been signed to begin with. Garrett was fascinated by his long distant kicks. That's what got him on the team and that's why he's still there.

I am sorry but if a player has that attitude than he need to be cut. If he has the mentality that he feels good about his technique and kicks than he is not going to change and he will miss. Let’s see how he sleeps when he doesn’t have a job. It is a cruel especially around this time of the year but this is a result oriented business that he choose and he is not getting it done.
