Handshake deal? This was the weirdest signing I've seen around here in awhile. Came in the first time without getting a deal done...goes to other teams just for months later to be brought up out of nowhere....then we hear they like him and he's in Dallas but no done deal. This the first time I saw a player show up to camp and be signed all at the same time....I mean even Risen hasn't made a post about it lol.
Never a shortage of complainers, no matter who they sign…
Yikes!He got fat....
This team thinks turnovers are pastries.Have to agree. Seven turnovers for him in three injury fill seasons still puts near the top of the turnover list here.

It feels that way honestly. Aye here's our number go see what else is offered and come back if you're still interested.....Handshake deal?

Hooker has the pedigree and talent, but years of injuries have dampened his ability to move like he used to. He still has the processing speed he did coming into the league, but he’s not quite the athlete he was prior to his rash of injuries. Judging by tape cut-ups and Colts media articles, he’s not the same athlete he was before. But that doesn’t mean he can’t be effective, just don’t expect the guy touted to be the next Ed Reed.Who do you think wins the starting FS job... Hooker or Kazee? I don't know these guys well enough to know who has the best upside.
They said that he is on IR unable to return so his season is over. Unless of course, he leaves with an injury settlement and another team signs him.Does anyone know what this means for Mitch Hyatt?
Risen has lost a step..
That's my GM......sniff, sniff....
Risen has lost a step..
There has been zero negative posts in this thread until this one
Didn't see this coming.

Kazee is a classic Quinn slot-CB to FS convert. He likes taking undersized guys with ball skills and average athletic profiles and making them FS’s, and it’s worked pretty well. He had a 7-int season his first season as a full time starter and has proven that he can be around the ball and snag em when they hit his hands. He’s small so he’s not the best run defender or tackler but you’re looking for a coverage guy primarily. Kazee is an average to slightly above average FS who when healthy is a clear upgrade to what we’ve had before, but not a pro-bowl guy, he’s a solid starting caliber vet.
Both being healthy Hooker should still have the talent to go overtake Kazee who will probably get good run in nickel and be the backup FS. Unfortunately for Hooker he’s never been healthy for a long stretch of time, so we must hope Kazee (who’s never been injured before the achilles) comes back to 100%.
Worse case scenario here is Hooker isn’t the same guy/gets injured and Kazee is physically not the athlete he was before. If this scenario comes true then we will most likely have bad FS play. Hopefully one of the two can hit.
