Barber is one of the guys I wanted to see benched to start the game. After this I would inactive him for the game. The main mission this year now is to change the attitude of the team.

It's a dumb rule, but it is a rule. And if you break the rules, there is/and should be a price to pay. No matter how you feel about rules, you must follow them. Personally, I wish we could go off on people around here but we can't, so I follow the rule.

A strong principal will allow the teacher (sometimes a new teacher) to take control by eliminating the heart of the problem or the leader or leaders.

Once that one person or 3 or 4 people are gone, students fall in line.

You have to get control of the leaders or get them out of the classroom.

In extreme cases, the principal will act in and start cleaning house, during extreme or really bad situations.
