I agree, I don't think Tony did much by way of "coaching" Dak up. That's why Dak would always say Sanchez was the guy that was helping him the most. Not because Sanchez was more knowledgeable than Romo, but because Sanchez was at least trying to share some knowledge.
What Romo did to help the situation, was make it as drama free as possible. Which shows his loyalty to the staff and ownership more than anything.
