Maybe the Browns like Lynch and decide they're going to go a different direction at 2 and work on getting back into the round for Lynch.

Could happen. Probably won't happen but it could and it would give the draft it's first whooooa moment when the 2nd pick isn't a QB.

I don't see it being wentz. Either the Browns will take him or another team will move to 3 for him. Imo

If Wentz makes it pass the Browns and the Chargers, then he's a Cowboy. PERIOD.
I think he fits the Cowboys perfectly. He doesn't have to start, and he needs to sit for a year just to learn the game.
He would be a perfect protégé behind Romo.

Someone said it one day and man everyone has jumped on that in the media.

The only thing I can figure is that they got the idea that if Jones doesnt take someone in the first they will take a different QB and Prescott was a Capt most of his years in college and one of his best features according to most reviews I have read is that he is a leader and no red flags as far as character issues.

So...who knows.

Seems like if the Cowboys really did like him this much they would start blowing smoke and leaking info to get the media off of him and onto someone else.

Also...Prescott in the 2nd...eek
