There aren't that many Mavs fans in here blaming the refs for the loss. So go blow it out your ***.Nav22;3964008 said:I picked Miami in 5 before the series. A sweep looks more likely than this one going 6.
Kerp whining about the refs, Mavs fans. Entertaining the hell outta me. Jason Terry's dunk attempt where he got bailed out by a phantom foul on LeBron... funny that there's no mention of that play. Bad calls go both ways.
As for the FT discrepancy in the playoffs which favor Miami, do you clowns even WATCH the games? LeBron and Wade are the best in the business at slashing to the rim, and the Miami D is arguably the very best in the NBA. Naaahhh, that can't have anything to do with it.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
As for why the Mavs lost, I have no idea as I only saw 5 seconds of the game.

Yeah I love how everyone is in complete panic mode right now but the Mavs couldn't have played any worse last night.
Chalk it up to the Heats great defense though lol.

The winner of game one is 53-8 all-time. I find that rather irrelevant when the road team loses game 1 though, so take that for what it's worth.
As for the heat's defense, it really wasnt the reason Dallas lost. Dallas had more open jumpers last night than they ever had against OKC and simply missed them.

ABQCOWBOY;3964115 said:This is true. To me, the key to this series is Chandler and effort. He looked intimidated last night and if he can't come stronger then that, then this series is going to be over because you can't allow Miami to own the boards on missed shots. It was not as bad a loss as many are trying to make it out to be IMO but those three things gotta get fixed. Of those three things, the biggest concern I would have if I were a Mav's fan is the play of Chandler, even more so then the injury to Derk's off hand but the Mav's are going to kick themselves for dropping this first game. It was very winnable for them and it will come into play somewhere along the line.
