I'm not talking about his off the wall comments. Hell everyone in the media does that, because it draws a reaction and gets people looking their direction. I'm talking about the fact that he is unscrupulous person (in a whole host of ways) that the world would be better off without him.
I don't openly wish ill will on people, but I believe some people deserve ill and most and when that happens, I just shrug as I believe when a man gets what he deserves, there is no need to feel bad about it. Barkley is a dirtbag in every possible way and if karma is real, then he has something coming. (heart attack? maybe his drunk driving will catch up to him, or maybe a disease from his $2 hoes he likes to pick up.)
i dont know about all that man, that sounds kinda evil. i will tell you something funny about charles though. back when he was still playing, his team (cant remember if it was the rockets or suns) had just got done beating the spurs, it was the 96-97 season, robinson had been out most of the year with back problems, and sean elliott was also out a big chunk of the year. after the game, charles completely insulted the spurs organization and claimed that they were trying to throw the season to get tim duncan. he then went on to proclaim that the spurs and david robinson would never win a championship, on top of missing out on duncan, because of bad karma.....yes.....KARMA!! charles talking about karma was hillarious. i dont think i need to tell you about how the spurs and david robinson responded in the seasons since.

I think Barkley, K Smith, and Webber were all wrong about what Dirk meant when complementing Denver's defensive players. They all alluded (incorrectly) that he was admitting that other players could check him when he didn't say that at all. Dirk was being gracious but he sure wasn't saying any of those guys could successfully stop him. Kenny is usually the most guilty with reverting to the NY City street ball code of ethic, but Barkley and Webber were both right there with him this time. It's total BS. if anything, I thought Dirk was sandbagging to assure they still didn't double team him.
Kenny is a fellow Tarheel so I tend to defend him when I shouldn't, but over the past dozen years I've come to believe he is strongly biased against white players...which is just a joke. That's the first time I've thrown that out about anyone, but i do think he has always been biased against the Mavs b/c their best player is not a brother. Just so happens, this year they may be correct that Denver is better. JMO
i agree that they misinterpreted what he was saying, but kenny, in my opinion, isnt racist. Him and charles have always gave manu major props, so at least personally i have to disagree with that assesment of kenny.

Dirk is soft. If you play physical with him, he tends to start playing less aggressive. Kenyon Martin was sending him a message in game one.
It doesn't help that the NBA front office aren't Maverick fans either. If you ask me, Martin should have been suspended as it was clearly an intentional act of violence. The NBA only handing out a fine, made it offical that they sanction violence during games.
...If I made millions a year, I would pay $25k in a heartbeat if it meant a NBA championship.
I'm anti-Lakers and anti-Kings. I hate the Kings more than the Lakers, but when the NBA screwed the Kings out of the Western Conference Finals allowing Kobe, Shaq, and the Lakers into the NBA finals, my outlook on the NBA took a severe hit. Since then, my NBA fandom has been beaten into submission and I hardly EVER watch the NBA regular season and not even half of the Mavs playoff games. I saw a few of the Spurs/Mavs games, only part of the first Nuggets/Mavs game and none of last nights game.
I religiously watch Cowboys games (and many other non-Cowboys NFL games) and use MLB.tv to watch over 100 Ranger games a year. ...but the NBA? To me, it is organized crime. Especially to the gambling community. (I'm not a gambler)
i dont agree with kenyon getting fined, if they are gonna let rondo get away with the crap he did against the bulls then they shouldnt turn around and fine martin for a little shub. someone on another forum asked what they would do with that money, someone responded by saying "they will probably give it to rondo". lol i guess what im getting to is that i agree with the your assesment that the NBA is completely ridiculous and help teams they want to make them money. rondo not getting punished is a prime example. another one ive made before is how gasol is all of the sudden a great center, the reason? he is now a laker and gets away with murder playing defense and gets tacky fouls called for him. just watch the rockets game right now! their beloved lakers lose game one, who you gonna call?? JOEY CRAWFORD!! its a joke, i think its just that much more impressive the spurs won 4 rings despite stern hating them (he never looked more pissed than handing those rings/trophies over to the spurs, it looked like he was constipated)

I didn't watch him last night, but I've always noticed him in the postseason, way back to when he was with the Nets, he would always be getting in scuffles and would be everyone's faces, I remember him being huge jag-off a few years ago against San Antonio, when he was with the Nets, and with Denver
of course when Tim Duncan is punking you basically every night out, you'd be a little ornery too
ya, look back at duncan in that finals series, probably the best performance by a big man in the finals in NBA history! kenyon was talking serious smack about duncan before the series, then duncan didnt say anything off the court, he let his game do the talking, and boy was he loud!
