thats a fair statement but this is still the dallas cowboys and its still one of the most appealing jobs IF you can figure out how to work with JJ and the circus.

He did what he could do being hamstrung by JJ and SJ. His predictable playcalling and no run game and leaving it on a QB to throw the ball constantly with 1 good WR still pulled off 12-5 seasons and playoff opportunities. But the limits showed in playoffs games when you have to play against equally or more talented teams. Trying to save a buck and cut corners and being ignorant and arrogant will always show up at some point. Another puppet will come in for a brief visit as HC.
