McFadden has proven his worth

McFadden is a solid runner and one heck of a pass blocker. Seems like a really solid team guy, hope he is around next year as part of a rotation Elliot or Henry would be nice :)

Chris Johnson has been a better RB this season.

One of the few things the front office got right this year was signing McFadden. I just cringe every time he takes a shot or barrells through the line of scrimmage, worrying he may go down for the season.....

I didn't hear much from Suh. Did he free up those other guys or did Martin handle him?

I thought Martin did a good job handling Suh for the most part - but Suh has definitely 'come on' in the last few weeks. He is the straw that stirs the drink for the rest of that Miami passrush. But that's no surprise. The surprise was his early season struggles.

I called this one.

When posters like Risen Star were saying he was garbage, CATCH17 was able to see what they couldn't.

Whoooo boy I caught so much flack on this board arguing with just about everybody that McFadden was gonna revive his career here and be a good rb for us. There were only a few that stood with me on that. We are seeing our just rewards

Legitimate questions (as noted by more than one poster) about McFadden were regarding his durability. The jury is out on that, but given his contract, I'd say Dallas has gotten their money's worth.

He's turned out to be an excellent offseason pickup. We were able to run the ball and take pressure off the passing game and hence Romo could work magic when passing. Then it was great how we could grind it out to cement the win. This Robert Turbin is showing some promise too. It still may make sense to draft a running back and have competition for the starting job, but I definitely want McFadden to stick around.

Watch out! That goes against many here with agendas.

Miami has one of the worst rush defenses in the league.

And yet somehow they seemed to whoop the oline of the Cowboys. Holding sacks tackles in the backfield force 2 Ints. They moved the Dal oline all day long. It's amazing that DMC put up 130 yards on them.

Whether he's here or not next season the coaching staff need to get a clue on spelling him and not running him to the ground. Same mistake we did last year running Murray into the ground. The end of the season he won't even be able to walk at this pace. Just use Turbin and Ăşse those fresh legs.

I just hope that the recent success in the running game doesn't make them they don't need to make drafting Elliott or Henry a priority.

Darren has been available which is surprising given his history. He's solid. I didn't think he could be the main guy.

Turbin finally gives Dallas a RB who runs behind his pads. Nothing flashy or exciting but physical and efficient.

I still see him falling before he is touched on too many plays. It's like he sees contact coming so starts his lean to get forward momentum, but ends up contributing to the defenders tackle... Not on every run, but on way too many.

I already prefer the look of Turbin in there.

I'm sure he's wanting one more big pay day, and he.ll probably get it If he keeps this up. I'm not sure I'd give it to him though

I may be wrong but that 4th down play it looks like he could have gone all the way, but was anticipating contact. I'd like to see them getting him the ball more in open space, screens or whatever
