One of the few things the front office got right this year was signing McFadden. I just cringe every time he takes a shot or barrells through the line of scrimmage, worrying he may go down for the season.....
Front office hasn't been bad at all. Sure there where some misses, but there where some hits as well. It's hard to be perfect.
1. Sign McFadden - good
2. Sign Hardy - good
3. Sign white - avg/ bad
4. Sign Collins - good
5. Draft Gregory - avg ( haven't seen enough PT)
6. Sign cassel - avg ( I think he's gonna be decent with a full off season as a back up qb)
7. Sign CM- bad ( but we didn't lose anything. He didn't play enough to even lose our 7th )
8. Chaz green - bad ( for now)
9. Draft Byron jones - good
10. Sign lucky - meh bad/ avg
11. Sign Brice butler - meh bad but necessary to have 4 wrs on game day.
12. Sign Ro - avg/ good. His arrow is up
Sure there are other issues like evaluation of the back up qb position prior to the season started but if you look at the entire body of work - not bad.
