Blame Jerry and Stephen, not Demarco. remember that he wanted to stay in Dallas.
I would if I was loyal to my company and had a better chance of moving up the ranks of said company then leaving and starting from scratch. That's just me though
...As long as he was getting paid what he wanted. That's a big caveat, there. I don't blame him at all. And I don't blame the Cowboys either.
Don't give in, keep the offer at what we want. He wants to be paid like he's elite.

I honestly think the Cowboys are afraid of another Barber situation. I can't say i blame them.
How many people wouldn't leave their jobs tomorrow if a competitor offered you 20% more than your getting paid now?
What Ranks is he going to move up? This isn't Burger king where you hope to be the manager some day. It's the NFL where he's a starting RB no matter where he signs.
Again, going to Philly is not about the money. If it was he would be headed to CA. There's no way after the petulant child nonsense he has pulled the last couple of days this isn't personal if he does indeed sign there.
Common sense.
How do you know how much anyone really offered him?
Murray is doing the exact same thing anyone with a brain would do. Your team told you to go get offers. If you company told you to go get an offer from another job and come back with it you would do the same thing.
I had that opportunity once. I didn't take it. The company offering that 20% more for the same type of job didn't have the same kind of benefits to offer. Later, they dropped their pension plan. Later, they folded as a company. Since that time the company I stayed with improved the benefits, continue to offer a pension plan and I have been compensated.
Maybe he likes what Philly is doing. .
The benefits in the NFL are universal. None of that matters.
Maybe he likes what Philly is doing. What is the Raiders done in forever. You still haven't answered my question. But then again maybe you have.
Dude, really?
The benefits in the NFL are universal. None of that matters.
